Heating & Serving
Once our ribs show up at your door, there are only two simple steps between you and a plate of bare rib bones.
Step 1: Heat Them
Step 2: Eat Them
If you can, use your grill. Fire it up and let your charcoal really bring out the flavor from our ribs. If you can't use your grill, use your oven. Preheat the oven at around 350 degrees, put your ribs on some aluminum foil, and heat them for about 20 minutes. If you have to, use your microwave. Cut the slabs in half or they won't fit.
Shoulder or Beans
Heat up some basting solution one part white vinegar, one part Rendezvous sauce and one tablespoon of Rendezvous seasoning and baste your ribs when they're hot. Sprinkle with seasoning and extra sauce to taste. Your rib order comes with a free 18 ounce bottle of sauce and a free 4.5 ounce bottle of seasoning. You can order more sauce or seasoning if you want.
Make it easy on yourself. Cut the ribs apart instead of tearing and cut along the bone, not down the center, between two ribs. This will give you the most meat down one side, and make it easier to get every bit off the bone.
If you can, use your oven. Empty into an oven safe container. Heat it up for 30-45 minutes at 325º. If you can't use your oven, use your microwave. Heat in 2 minute intervals until warm enough to chow down on.
Your order arrives fully cooked and frozen. Refrigerate your ribs as soon as possible after you receive them. It's okay to refreeze them. They'll be good in the fridge for up to seven days.
